+Implemented orthogonal projection mode for coordinate system. Switching to/from this new projection mode can be done via the right-click context menu of the coordinate system. This will not change how the scene in the current viewer is rendered.
+Changed the "Lock view" behaviour. Selecting any of the six fixed views from the coordinate system's right-click context menu's "Viewing Direction" will now lock the rotation, and "Free view" will unlock it. It is still possible to use "Lock rotation" to lock the currently selected rotation.
+Fixed small error in Stereo Viewer

Fixed a bug related to default values in QtBaseViewerStereo, so stereo anaglyph mode works again now.

Added OpenFlipperQSettings which wraps the value() function to write an error message to console if that function is used without a default value. This is meant as a reminder to developers to properly initialize their settings and specify default values such that hopefully less bugs like the one above occur from now on.

Added default values for many calls to OpenFlipperSettings().value() - if you find any that I have overlooked, please add default values there, too!

ViewControl now has a viewing direction toolbar with which the viewing cirection can quickly be set. Comes with six custom-made, awesome, axis-colored icons!
