Misc small fixes
Fixing a bug, 2 types of compiler warnings and one workaround for a qtcreator bug which prevented it from seeing some headers and template-cc-files; hope the latter is fine with you, unfortunately I couldn't find any better way to fix it and I assume other people have the same issue.
