Modified ViewerProperties to allow setting near and far plane via one function only. · b625a539

Would lead to inconsistencies if they are updated one after the other (e.g. setting a larger near plane before far is increased will lead to a temporary near>far)

Improved detection of wrong near and far planes in the core.

Modified the resetScenegraph stuff which ran the bounding box and multipass actions too often.
Now these traversals are only done once, resulting in a speedup of approximatly 4 for this part in updated Object and AddEmpty.
