changed the way status propertzies are copied.

refcount is set to 1 if it was > 0 in the original mesh fixes #48 (closed)

Git hates me and i am starting to hate it too. arrayKernel.cc is not changed entirely, the diff algorithm is a piece of useless

only changed lines are 87 to 100.

i am not too happy with the copy solution, because i still think, the properties should be able to copy themselves, but it should do the magic for now.
